The instructor is very experienced and patient. She made the effort to remember our names. Knowing that it's my first time, she was very attentive towards me and helped correcting my posture. The studio is very conducive and clean. I love the soft background music and the lemon grass scent diffused out.

strength pilates due to the other 2 participants cancelling in last minute, it became a private class. Alethea made sure she learned about my previous injuries and existing conditions before starting the class. beyond the usual pilates exercises, she taught me extra to relieve other pains and strains that i have built up over time. very much of a great class and would definitely go back for more if i could.

Attended matwork pilates. The studio is in a cozy shop house setting. The instructor refers to everyone by name and was very encouraging. Anti-slip socks are available for purchase at the counter. Wish I could come more than once a month!

I really enjoyed the pilates group class. With only five people in the group, the instructor was focused on correcting each individual's form. It is located in a shophouse in Kreta Ayer, a few steps away from Keong Saik. The studio facilities are great and clean. I'll definitely be back.

I found this lovely place through Guavapass and tried their Pilates Roll and Stretch. Basically a stretch and self massage class using foam rollers. It was so much better than the massage I did the week before and the calming and cosy environment, along with friendly instructors made it a wonderful experience. Highly recommended!

Absolutely life changing with extra time given by the instructor. Comfortable studio with adequate time given to complete each exercise. For someone like me who never attended Pilates before, this was more than matwork, this was the strengthening of the core & well worth my lunch hour!
